The SIP connection runs in its own window at /softphone, so the phone stays registered while you move around the dashboard.

The indicator next to the dialpad reports whether your extension is registered.

Transfers

A blind transfer hands the call over and drops you out of it. An attended transfer keeps you on the line until the other agent picks up.
