Extensions

An agent needs an extension before the softphone will register or a queue can deliver a call to them.

Creating an extension

Each extension has a secret used to register a device. Generate one, then reveal it to copy it out.

Voicemail

An extension can have its own voicemail box, so unanswered calls land somewhere. See Voicemail boxes.
