Sounds

Sounds are the audio files a call flow plays: a greeting, a menu’s options, an out-of-hours message.

Uploading

Uploads are checked against the formats the telephony platform can play, and a file in the wrong format is rejected at upload rather than failing silently on a call.

Pick it in the Play node, or as a menu’s prompt.
